John and Melanie, I'm not sure whether you will even remember me, but I saw this obituary in today's paper and wanted to send my condolences to John....we were friends together years .....AND YEARS...ago and our sons played soccer together....I know we have grown apart, but I still have fond memories of our friendship and only wanted to extend my sympathies to you both and wish you well!! Bill

I only have a few cousins, but I have lost a really good one in Jess. He was always helpful to me, encouraging me to apply for Sons of American Revolution status. When we were kids they(John and Jessie) had 2 marionettes, you know with the strings, that I thought were the coolest things.

I met Jess while doing some service for his alarm system. We instantly hit it off when I saw his trains and his passion for the Civil War. He was a first class individual and will be greatly missed!
