Glenn J. Ducote, a native of Cottonport and a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at the age of 72. Glenn served his country in the US Airforce, and was a graduate of Delgado Community College. He sold appliances and was a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Home Builders Association. He is survived by his wife Deanna Lieux Ducote of Baton Rouge; son, Adam Wayne Ducote with Sarah Joy Hays and son Henry Hays (age 5), all of Baton Rouge; son, Eric James Ducote  and his wife Amber Berry Ducote, both of Central; grandson, Luke James Ducote (age 13); and step-grandson, Brayson Hartzog of Central. He is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Beth and Don Allen of Bayou Manchac; and his nephew, Cody Allen, also of Bayou Manchac. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, Lurry and Bertha Ducote, formerly of Cottonport. There will be a memorial celebration at the South Baton Rouge Presbyterian Church, 933 Staring Ln, Baton Rouge, LA 70810, from 4pm until 6pm on Thursday, June 13, 2019. His family would like to thank the ICU and 6th floor staff at the Baton Rouge General Medical Center Bluebonnet Campus.
